Advalup is pleased to announce the successful cooperation completion of the first service assignment for the Estonian Space Office. Advalup was selected to conduct a specific training program: “Being prepared for entering LSI supply chain: Industrial Maturity Exercise”, for Estonian space companies. During a week-long program, Advalup and its partner Tech & Space analysed all company processes and industrial maturity information for businesses enrolled in the training program.
Cooperation Content Description
advalup created a tailor-made training program based on the rich supply chain management experience obtained during advalup founder, Thierry Gardet during his professional life in Airbus Defence and Space. The training covered the following subjects: Global Space Ecosystem, LSI supply chain description, Generic LSI requirements, RFI & RFP processes and various industrial maturity recommendations.
Individual Session Content
The general training session was followed by individual sessions with nine space companies on their Project management and organisation, quality organisation and processes, supply chain, and Project risk management. Advalup expert analysed the current management practices of all involved companies and suggested actions for raising the industrial maturity levels of the participants.
The participants’ feedback on the advalup training course was positive; the average recommendation score was 89% which represents a very important recognition on the professionalism level of advalup support.
Tech& Space Services Presentation
Tech & Space is a consultancy company that supports the strategic planning and business development processes of emerging new space companies. Tech & Space assists companies in finding novel ways to utilize data from existing space assets, particularly Earth Observation satellites, to create value in the terrestrial economy. Tech & Space is performing the tasks of the European Space Agency (ESA) Industrial Coordinator in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
